1. Eligibility for Returns
l Return Window: You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Items returned after this period will not be accepted, except for warranty-related issues.
l Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
² Unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and tags).
² Free of scratches, damage, or signs of wear (normal inspection to test functionality is allowed, but the product must be returned in sellable condition).
² Accompanied by the original order number and proof of purchase.
l Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, opened software/digital licenses, or items damaged due to improper use, accidental damage, or neglect are not eligible for returns.
2. Return Process
l Submit a Return Request: Contact our support team via email (contact@visionsora.com) or the “Contact Us” page, providing your order number, product name, and reason for return. We will review your request within 2 business days and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
l Package the Item: Securely pack the product with its original packaging and accessories. Clearly label the package with the RMA number (failure to include the RMA number may result in delayed processing or rejection).
l Ship the Return: You are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping (except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect—we will cover the return shipping cost for these scenarios, and our team will provide a prepaid shipping label).
l Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days to verify eligibility. We will notify you via email of the inspection result.
3. Refund Policy
l If the return is approved (meets eligibility requirements), we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days of inspection.
l Refunds will cover the full product price (excluding original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error—e.g., wrong product shipped, defective item).
l Please note that refund processing times may vary by payment provider (credit card companies typically take 5–10 business days to reflect the refund in your account).
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different model/size), please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
