After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of shipping. You can also track your order via the “Order Tracking” page on our website using your order number and email address.

Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of payment confirmation. Please email contact@visionsora.com with your order number and request—we cannot accommodate changes once the order is processed for shipping.

Free standard shipping is available when your order meets the minimum purchase threshold (varies by region and promotions; e.g., $99+ for North America, €89+ for Europe). Eligibility is automatically applied at checkout.
Delivery times vary by destination:
North America/Europe: 3–12 business days (express/standard shipping)
Asia Pacific: 2–9 business days (express/standard shipping)
Africa/South America: 7–15 business days (standard shipping)
Delays may occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details before ordering.
Products & Warranties
Yes. All products sold on Visionsora are 100% genuine, sourced directly from authorized brand partners (e.g., HKC) and official distribution channels.
Monitors (all brands): 1-year official warranty
Other accessories: 3-year official warranty

Contact us at contact@visionsora.com with your order confirmation, product serial number, and photos/videos of the defect. Our team will assist with repair, replacement (new or refurbished), or refund within 3–5 business days of review.
Returns & Refunds
You may return unused, unopened products in original packaging within 30 calendar days of delivery. Customized items, opened software, or damaged goods (due to misuse) are non-returnable.
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after we inspect the returned item. Funds will be credited to your original payment method (allow 5–10 business days for payment providers to reflect the refund).
We do not provide direct exchanges. To swap a product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired model.
